What is CDN ??
whats CDN ? and how can my website be benefited with it ?
Content Delivery Networkis a network of servers that delivers cached static content from websites and applications to an end user based on the geographic locations of: the user, the origin of the static content, and a content delivery edge server.
Why should I use a CDN ?
- Speed
- Uptime
- Improved Visitor Experience
And Yahoo recommends to use a CDN to improve the page load times..
Example Screen-shots
Opening Same IP from Proxies of Different Countries
So if you from LA , the content will be served from the LA server , if from Netherlands , the content will be served from Netherlands server .
the number of nodes depends on the provider ..
but Unfortunately , this is not a Cheap Affair.. on an average ,providers charge somewhere between, 50-125 $ / TB on bandwidth.
Few Providers..
Akamai
CacheFly.

wrzc.orgHaving a CDN is pointless unless you've a massive site (like bigger than Katz)
It's very expensive for the increase in speed you get. Their are hundreds of other things you can concentrate on if your worried about speed.
Basically it's having different servers in different countries which are closer to the people viewing your content. Sure you don't need your own server but it's still an extra cost. You have to be careful as their are legal issues as well as we all host warez even if they are static elements like images, css and javascript.
If your like Facebook, Google, eBay, Amazon then this makes sense as you have users all over the world and can have clusters of servers scattered all over the world. For warez it's not that practical imo. The only people on KWWH it could be of use to are people that have image or video hosting.Tutorial How to SEO your Warez Site a guide to help you increase your organic traffic
