I tried free downloading from RS, and didn't have to wait a single second
Its started as soon as I entered the link, like it happens for premium users

It means that there is no waiting time when downloading a file..

Although, it hasn't really bothered me that i have to wait a few seconds to download a file (in that case, torrents is the answer)

I guess it's for speed&storage&traffic?

There isn't many of them, so they keep getting lower on the rank, day by day.

Also. Internet Download Manager doesn't work. They just allow link to be requested ONCE.

I don't think there is any download managers that's working with rs right now..

That's normal with the new system. Although, try downloading another file as a free user after you're done with the first. It'll ask you to wait for a couple minutes (based on filesize of previous download or whatever).
