Hay i Am Running Vbulletin 3.8.4 And I Was Got A Error But I Was Not Able To Fix That So I Was Decided To Upgrade To Vb 4.0.7 And Now I Put All Files To Public_HTML And It Says Overwrite I Clicked yes And When Files Competely Uploaded Then i Run

But It Say's DataBase Error please Guyz I Need Help urgent Please.....

Assign all permissions to the user, or the password of the database user isn't correct.

I Checked Everything is correct And User&pass is right
But It Still Says Error?
