You don't need offshore unless you are warez listing or hosting. Just remove the part that says nulled a the bottom. I have never had a host ask if the board was nulled.

if ipb find your board they will know that you are running nulled one and they will contact your host to take the forum down so if you want null look for offshore host which allow you to run nulled script thats it
