hey I hav $16 in my pp But my pp is limited any one knows how to remove.
When I logged in paypal.

Change your passwrd
Change security questions and have your account unlimited in 20 minutes top

In most cases if you just add a credit card and verify your bank and even call them to confirm everything, they will remove the limitation. Unless you used your PayPal for illegal stuff I wouldn't go trying to verifying it the legit way. I'm just not sure of your situation.
