Hello i need windows vps for download and upload from hotfile and fileserve so i need max download upload speeds from these hosts of course i will use rar/unrar too so i guess that i need 512mb or 1gb ram then speed at least 100mb/s and hdd should be 10gb or higher, my budget is 10-20$ so please leave a suggestion or offer.
