something wrong with hotfile today

i am getting very slow download rates on hotfile today both to my computer and to rapidleech. 20 kb/s av. my download manager says download is not even resumable. i'm using a hotfile premium account. could anybody confirm this?

Download is fine, but upload is biting my ass. Barely getting 1mb/s, I usually get like 7-9mb/s.

since last 3 days, upload speed is very low .......... but downlaod works as usual
