FTP upload isnt working, it isnt syncing with filemanager. Files will get uploaded but dont show in filemanager

How long ago did you upload? We did a change 2 hours ago, and during the deployment, it wasnt working properly for 5-10 minutes only.

when i click on remote upload this site give login
when i fill email & pass
but the site says "Provided password does not match."
but the pass is correct & i do this many time
this same problem with my brother on this pc
