Can i make file to be downloadable only by premium users in filesonic?

I think FSN should make limit download for premium user 30-50gb/day -> it's enough for normal users (50gb ~ 1-2 Bluray Disc ~ >10 DVD 5 ~ 10x 720p HD movie and many things... who can enjoy/watch them in 1 day?) it can avoid sharing accounts, protect data for uploaders, other uploaders can't steal & reup too much data...
