Wow. So if I'm reading properly.
According to the official response of Mr. Hish.
This vietnamese user used his own (or stolen) paypal accounts or credit cards to buy premium accounts via his premium referal links.
And now he's refunding all of those purchase (that's 154 or 152 premium accounts!!!!!!!).
That's a really dirty and awful cheating in my opinion.

There should be a way to file an online complaint against these scammers to block their payment accounts too along with their affiliates accounts , just to teach a lesson to all persons of his cheap category.

Its really good that he didn't get paid and was caught right on time , that is , just before payout.
