Do you allow multiple accounts? I'm asking this because my friend is sharing his premium account with me. Mine is a free account. Will both accounts get banned?

How come i can see that files have been downloaded x amount of times in my filemanager but in my statistics it still shows $0 and 0 for download counts.

And its been well over 48 hours and still nothing? do my downloads not get counted?

What Plan you choose...?
If you are in PPS or PPS Fixed10, download number counted but not $.

But if you're in PPD or Half & Half, you should ask about this to FSo support team or PM Mr. Hish.

Hey, i paid using Trade-in points in my account which gives me another 30 days premium.

Now i see you guys took $9 from my paypal account as a renewal.

You shouldn't be charging us when our accounts are valid.

I would appreciate it if atleast you could add one month of service which would take me to October.

you need to cancel the recuring payment through paypal, here's how..


Login to your Paypal Account, click History subtab, click basic search, then scroll down to where it says reccuring payment to filesonic, click details, this will take you to, transaction details, click veiw details, it will then take you to the subscription details page, then..click cancel...but, make sure you cancel at least 3 days before the payment is due to leave your account, otherwise payment will still be taken.....long winded i know but well worth knowing ....if you payed by credit card, you'll have to contact your card supplier..
