This morning a forum user has contacted me saying that in order to thank me for my posting activity he had bought a 180 days filesonic pro account through a link of mine. I have checked my files but I see no sales. How is it possible? If that sale has not been credited maybe it happened the same with other sales... ...and i'm reading that it's a problem that u are facing too.

Do you know what's happening?

Open an affiliate ticket with your email, the users email and the link he used and we see why the sale wasn't credited

Referral link makes the user your referral and gives 20% of what ever is earnings are, premium referral link gives you a sale.

And if someone buy a premium through a referral link, do we get the sale ?
And if he buys a premium through a premium ref link , does he become our ref (if he create a new account of course , not for an existing account)?
