It's 1Gbps, Softlayer WDC.
Everything was smooth, but today it's really painful watching a file to be uploaded (50mb needs ~10minutes)

Tried also to upload on FSC US&EU webazilla's server, but without success.
Also, pinged one of their server and getting pretty unstable ms.

Third, also, traceroute from my server is doing good.
