Hish: How about adding new servers for premium users instead of improving your site for uploaders? It's good but, I get loads of complaints from people who bought premium, they say it's the slowest premium ever. Don't just think of your uploaders, also of your customers

Hi Hish,
First of all thank you for Filesonic, it's a great host now; i tried it about 4/5 months ago and it was not very reliable (lot of bugs), but now it's perfect !!
I just have one or two questions:
- Is it possible that what happened to Hotfile happens to you too ? (being sued, and delete everybody's account ?)
- Where (country) are your servers based ? If it's in US then Europe probably don't have such great speeds and the other way around .. (+asia)

Wish you the best for the future, you're almost top 200 worldwide on Alexa, it's amazing !

Customers is our top priority! What speed are u talking about? When u get complaints like this, please ask for a link or two and send them to me to verify what server it was...

Also, downloading from browser? or download manager?
