All my uploaded files since Thursday becomes 0KB when downloaded. I tried re-uploading/remote uploading and the same results happens.

PS: It says the correct file size on the Manage files page and at the download page. The traffic from the file comes from the Philippines. I'm also from there. Tried proxies, same thing happens.

I already filed a ticket in the helpdesk, but no ones answering my request.

Hope to fix this soon.

i have a question. when downloads being counted? i mean at the moment or 5 min or 1 hour
and second question. for example;
a premium member downloaded file from fileserve account1
then he (same ip) download different file from fileserve account 2

both counted or only one?
