However, I changed plans several times after 1st change from 400-1GB, and every time it was on 1GB, and I entered password.

As i said , there are some sync issues because of excessive server load.

I will inform hish about this problem and get this bug fixed but anyway now we have a temporary solution in place

yes mate , they will decrease if yours today's sum of playsonic credits is less than what it was 30th day back.

for example

if i have 5 sales today = 500 points but 7 sales ( = 700 points ) on Feb 19 (30 days back) , then the Qualifying credit will reduced by 200 (considering i only have sales and no downloads, for the sake of clarity)

Every Tuesday is payment day and you don't need to request your payment.
