hi, i have a problem.
i have a fast debrid account (lifetim premium) but filesonic doesn't recognise me, indeed when i try to remote upload a file i always recive an error.

Can you please fix this asap
My ISP has a static IP and this IP is shared with all the ISP user, not sure why they're doing it.
My IP is blocked occationally (like once every 2 weeks)
It's quite annoying as I have a lifetime membership
My IP is 27.131.249.14

Will PM you username if needed
Please fix this asap as I'm downloading half way
