I'm getting slow downloads again from a US server with prem acct

me too, sometimes it's fast, then it goes back to being slow again.

Are the technicians at FSC working on this problem?

The firefox plugin isn't working, at least for the Indian users. The Remote Upload works fine at the moment.

Filesonic Cookies issues i have to type my user name and pass every few mins the cookies are not getting saved on opera firefox or on internet explorer signing in every time is pain in the ass as uploaders cant spend time typing their user name and password all the time so is there any fix for this
