i have problems to connect throught ftp

i use:

Servidor: ftp2.bitshare.com
Puerto: 21
User: darkacidblue1
Password: (I use the pass that i use to logon in to my bitshare web account, but i cant connect)

i change my pass and now i can enter, but now, the files uploaded by filezilla dont appear in my bitshare account, the files was uplaoded few hours ago and nothing, dont se them, they arent in the Files secction and neiter in the FTP-files section.

curiously i can see them in the filezilla explorer but no in my bitshare account... i need see them in my bitshare account to take the links and share my files.... in the sharing world the speed is very important.... so, how many hours i may to wait to get my links?

Im starting to think that i burn my money buying a premium account in this host.....

The tool from bitshare dont let me upload noting "unable to connect to the remote server"

The file and image uplaoder let me upload one file but the otherd dont up (all files from 2gb size)
