Near 2 days, my downloads drop down also I upload a lot of file and post them in a lot of forums.
Is bitshare system have some problem??

What other confirmation you need from paypal? WTH man, you should be the one contacted them not me. Need I asked paypal to contact you instead? I think thats not how it goes.
