From what I have seen it is a great script, especially in terms of skin editing. I haven't got to try to much using a friends script, but I have enjoyed what I have seen. I can say at this moment it is lacking features when compared to vbulletin, but they can expand over time.

I am sure they are doing the best they can to not remake vbulletin but be original.

I'd have to agree, and seeing as they were known for being highly supportive, I am sure any loop hole will be closed pretty quick.

Hopeful everything works with this lawsuit between them and vb.

Honestly that could be the make or break point for them. If the lawsuit fails then all that did was create mass attention in their name. Bad publicity is good publicity. They went ahead and released the script the day after that announcement. Assumably with some sort of confidence that the script they created was not ripped Vb content.

Currently the release is in beta, which it will remain until they get enough feedback. I haven't heard anything about it being unsafe. As stated previously in this thread, it is created by "seasoned" professionals.
