Exclamation VPS9 or Scopehosts..? Whose fault..?

I have had a VPS from VPS9.net for the past many months and everything was going on well.

Until a week back, when suddenly simple copy job starting taking more than 2 hrs. I opened a ticket and Ryan answered it ...he said someone was raping the server and that the guy is now banned and I said very well.

Then again 3 days back my VPS was dead...I couldn't access it via Windows RDP client.
I could access it via VNC in control panel though.
But my VPS can't connect to the internet.

I again opened a ticket...Ryan answered a few times ...asked me to tweak the settings..I did as he asked but nothing worked.

I asked why doesn't he tweak the settings himself...I just want my VPS working....he said he doesn't have enough access as Scopehosts are new owners of VPS9. This was more than 24 hrs back...he hasn't answered after that.

So I asked Matt on Scopehosts Online Chat about the issue and he assured me that he'll look into it but only old management will support this and all will be well within 12 hrs.

    I waited but still nothing.
Then I opened a ticket on Scopehosts as well but noone has repied to that.

This is really frustrating and annoying.

Neither VPS9 nor Scopehosts own up the responsibility to get this sorted.

I just hope SarkarRaj and VPS9 read this thread and sort this rather than put the blame on each other.

Otherwise, just gimme my money back for the month.

    Check this screenshot ..

and do vote in the poll guys...who do you think is at fault here...???

So VPS9 got owned by ScopeHost now?

Well VPS9 is telling you he has limited features and Scopehost is telling you that old management will handle it.

In this case, I would suggest you to PM SarkarRaj as he is the owner.

Maybe they haven't started working on the newly owned company, so there can be some delay.
I am the TharkiBaba >_> Oh well thats my websites name -_-

I'll send him a PM on your advice.
But I always thought support tickets were for this purpose only.

And new company or not...3 days is a loooong time .... imagine your site being down for 3 days.

RippeR why make such polls? If you need information then PM the vps old owner. No need to make such threads when it can be handled personally not public.

I've tried to settle it in private through support tickets, sent IMs on messenger, even sent PMs now but when noone is responding only the I've made this thread.

Atleast all should now what kind to support they provide.

    Hi.

We are making a separate management for controlling VPS9 and we have sent all the clients of VPS9 notice 48hours back .

The old management of the VPS9 are resolving your issue.

    Please co-operate with them.

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    SarkarRaj - ScopeHosts

I still don't get your response from vps9.net.

Please fix it as soon as possible.

Thanks for replying and I didn't get any advance notice or I would've been prepared to wait a little longer.
What annoyed me was support guys at both places were passing the buck and not owning the responsibility to solve the issue.
