    RippeR Reviewed by RippeR on . VPS9 or Scopehosts..? Whose fault..? I have had a VPS from VPS9.net for the past many months and everything was going on well. Until a week back, when suddenly simple copy job starting taking more than 2 hrs. I opened a ticket and Ryan answered it ...he said someone was raping the server and that the guy is now banned and I said very well. Then again 3 days back my VPS was dead...I couldn't access it via Windows RDP client. I could access it via VNC in control panel though. But my VPS can't connect to the internet. I Rating: 5
