VPS9 or Scopehosts..? Whose fault..?

I didnt get any notice either BTW and you still arent responding to support tickets and the Ecatel Server has been being absolutely raped (IOWait) for 12hours.

SplitIce Reviewed by SplitIce on 10th Nov 2010. VPS9 or Scopehosts..? Whose fault..? I have had a VPS from VPS9.net for the past many months and everything was going on well. Until a week back, when suddenly simple copy job starting taking more than 2 hrs. I opened a ticket and Ryan answered it ...he said someone was raping the server and that the guy is now banned and I said very well. Then again 3 days back my VPS was dead...I couldn't access it via Windows RDP client. I could access it via VNC in control panel though. But my VPS can't connect to the internet. I Rating: 5

Both are at fault. Bad communication and lack of support.
