Well this user runs a pakistani website called Pakhackerz.com
and this website is 24x7 overloaded, its nothing to do with our server.

Here is the screenshot of this vps, i took 6 hours ago and thats the reason i suspended his vps.



About the upgrade, you want to upgrade your present plan with 2 GB Extra ram,
but unfortunately we cannot do this, due to the only reason being , we have no intention
of overselling. You were offering us some extra money, but sorry we are not intrested in it.
If needed, get a dedicated server and we will shift everything for you.

mate whether its offshore or not DMCA always comes. so dont say that it doesnt matter.if you host child porn at your site on offshore server and say that DMCA doesnt matter then you are wrong so better read the rules and then host a forum.

EDIT : hacking stuff is as illegal as child porn.
