You just offended me local. :/ I am an Indian and we do learn grammar at school, more than others probably. It's some people's problem that they prefer to type 'Like This' maybe because they think it looks cooler this way But that doesn't mean they have not been taught enough grammar at school.

Btw I too find it annoying to read text with the first letters of all the words capitalized. :/

Its wrong on ur part(a bit offending) to blame whole country ppl coz of some lamers. Its not just INDIANs who do that, I have seen many other guys doing that. And by the way we had grammar lectures in school. sad coz of this sharp remark for all the INDIANs, nvr expected frm u.

Kinda offtopic but if people are getting infractions for writing in all caps, shouldn't they get it for capitalizing the first letter of every word as well?
