    Yes now when the database has been restored using Bigdump.

    Upload the vbulletin files over the root directory and edit the config file with the database name, username and password located at :

    /includes/config.php

    And then point your website.

    Well, make sure if you had vbseo installed in the previous databse. Then don't forget to upload that too in the root directory, also inferno shoutbox (If it was there earlier).
