VPS needed in .EU

Hi, I need a VPS. I'll be uploading files via FTP, raring them up and uploading them to an online storage service. All that will be running on the VPS is a ftp server and ssh server, both locked down to my IP range. I won't be making any of the files available to anyone else.

I need:

128MB ram
40GB drive space
1TB bw+

It needs to be in .EU, and relatively fast to UK. 2-3MB/sec ideally, and not some horrendously overloaded server, I want decent drive IO.

Who mentioned unrar? Raring is fine with 128MB ram.

A VPS i use that has 512MB ram has never gone above 70MB ram used when raring 7GB folders.

I didn't say it was too expensive, I said I'd wait and see what others offer. I'm happy to pay more if it means getting a better service.

You haven't told me the spec of your nodes.

Has raid0, so that should help with Drive IO. I've read a lot of good things about knowin. I'm happy to pay $15 for a box that performs well. It has way more ram and a bit more drive space than I need, and it's unlimited.
