I never really liked the "submit your links to gain more traffic" idea but I really liked the automation you implemented on your site therefore I decided to give it a try, lets see how it goes, I?m posting more info on your "Site review" post.

Pretty much what DeLeTeD said, a rating system is needed and you need to improve the site layout (although it?s just my opinion)
