[help] dedicated server for 700 online

i need your experience

i have now server
Xeon 3440
8MB cache
12GB DDR3 ram
2x1TB software RAID1
1000 mbps port
CPanel

will i use this server to a forum tht have online 600-900
(all visitor are just browsing not downloading )

but now i am getting daily a problem

1* so i need to know form ur experience this server cant support tht 900 online

2* wht my server should be for this average online ??

That really depends on the site and its functions..
But that powerful server should have no problem handling 1000 people.. What exactly is your problem?

You haven't answered the question, what is the problem?

I notice you advertise rapidleech and I think torrentflux, are you running that on the same node?

if you specify the exact problem that would help more.

also the server doesn't really matter how many people it can handle you can have a lower spec server and still handle that amount of people, it depends how you optimize it and use your resources.
