a Private torrent tracker, similar to IPT, not that much of a big deal; could call it semi-private and the content isn't rare, they seem to have their main focus on scene content.

I've been a member there for a little over a year, they are pretty good. They're pretimes for 0day apps is alright. Although most of their content is community created it's all good quality stuff.
