Look, their TOS is pretty clear on that, it's not like they declined your payment for some unknown reason, they operate that way and that's it... if you dont like it then dont use it. and about their remote speed, i dont know, i had positive experiences. Remoted from MU and they have always been transfered in alsmost instance.

We can just hope they will pay as if we use mirros hosts, but most of the ppl are not willing to take that risk

I have recieved payments twice, so they are NOT scam.

The copyright part was a mistake as admitted by their admin and they have assured everyone that such things wont happen again

Where did you hear that copyright issue was their mistake?

I heard they lost a server and couldn't restore backup. So they lost all the files uploaded by users.
