Looking for Partners to Xpand my site (w/ Potential)

Site in question is Rapid 8, which has been online and running for almost 2 years. I want to take advantage of the traffic and create a User Forum or Warez Forum or DDL site(those who already own one of these and have the interest of merging can let me know too). And in the long run? My intention is to have even more loyal members from both new and old sites, and most importantly PROFIT for all of us.

So here I am looking for someone who can deal with these(I'm not good with setting up forums etc..for instance, i've no idea how new forum get so many active members and so many new posts). For cost I want it to be 50/50 (or I can pay slightly more.... 60/40 example)...why? so that all parties will put in the effort to run the site.
