Some Basic HTML/CSS Editing Needed

Well, i have two wordpress blog themes, and i want to edit them as such to include the body template of one theme, and the header/footer of another.

Specfic:
Theme 1: Post archive listing, sidebar
Theme 2: Post/Page view, header/footer

I've had a look through them myself, and made a few attempts, but as i do not know html/css nor php, all attempts have been unsuccessful. However, i know enough that i know that it is a simple job

So, if anyone would be interested in this, i can PM you the two templates and some more info, and if you require something in return (money/etc), please let me know as well as this can be arranged
