Whoever he is that got banned shouldn't have been banned. Why should we make an exception for a KWWH member getting ripped off when most of the KWWH members couldn't give a toss about ripping off the entertainment companies? Its the ultimate form of hypocrisy if you ask me. Either you support piracy or you don't and this forum clearly supports it.

Its pretty much like the new trend of movie encoders watermarking their encodes and turning perfectly good quality scene rips into shitty DVD Screeners with various forms of watermarking that we all so hate. There is nothing called 'ethics' anymore.

Well that just shows KWWH is no different from any of the anti-piracy organizations like MPAA and RIAA. They all wanna protect their copyright work don't they?

you got it wrong dude .... piracy doing it with the big company guyz is ok .. but with the small , individual is not ... coz a big company can handle it and they already have money but the individual doesnt ....

What kind of stupid reasoning is that? Theft is theft whichever way you look at it.

A big company needs to take care of its vast number of employees too. Where do you think the employees' salary will come from if every single individual starts to pirate? Money doesn't grow on trees pal. Big companies, little companies, individuals...they all need money to survive and stay in business.

Look big companies are usually publishers they dont do shit they just "publish" the actual actors get like 10% of profits and the publishers get 90%. Webmasters lose 100% of their money. K?

What makes it right to steal from people who worked hard to get to where they are?
Bill Gates and Steve Jobs are where they are today because of their innovations and smarts. They led and did their part in creating their industry. Steve even lost his wife and child because his life was dedicated to his craft.

Now look, if I were to hack in to WBB and steal their database then run my own site using that database, then in the community I would be a total asshole/ripper/etc.

Stealing is stealing and ripping is ripping.

In my opinion, I pirate for my pocket. I cannot pay 40 EUR for a game. I cannot pay 1$ for 1 song. I cannot pay xxx$ for expensive software like Photoshop. I cannot, I will not. I do not.

Now then, if a song is 0.10$, then yeah, I'll buy more songs. If a game is 20 EUR, I'll buy it. If triple digit prices for software is reduced, then yeah, I'll buy it. Imagine if we didn't pirate. We would be limited to a very big extend. No music, no creativity. No software to apply our creativity, no way to enhance and develop skills.

I pirate for my pocket's well-being. Reduce the ridiculous prices and I'll buy more and pirate less.

As for the whole stealing vs sharing debate, Whoo posted a pic that indicated that stealing means you obtain the only copy while sharing means you obtain a copy. People that share are proven (by legit surveys and the sort) that they are more likely to buy the thing they pirated.

Stealing from big businesses is fine, but usually site themes/skins are developed by freelancers or very small businesses, ripping peoples custom skins is incredibly gay.
