First of all fix your template. I know from where you have got it and I got it from the same place too I fixed many parts in the theme as it was not perfect.



About URL structure,
Try to minimize your URL length as much as possible. You can change your current structure to : http://www.fulldload.com/moviename.html OR http://www.fulldload.com/movie/moviename.html

Google prefers minimum URL length and also don't fill the site with any random keywords. Select 7-8 keywords and just stick on that.
