So best is a Malaysian Hosting, probably, CBJ DC
Malaysian Servers also have Have High time & they get Down rarely or NeveR !

First of all, The Netherlands is not safe !
I will go for Sweden and thats where my website is know.
Case of pirate bay is nothing compared what we have in the netherlands.
Many torrent & warez linking sites are closed down here.
There is a new rule special for antipiracy groups.
They can shutdown your website with one mail ! that happened to one of my websites hosted in the netherlands. I live in the netherlands to.


So my opinion goes for Sweden.
