Wordpress autosubmitter plugin

I´m looking for someone who can code a wp plugin for me that will autosubmit posts to sites like Twilight, atomicwarez, etc...

Edit: The plugin should do the job automatically, I don´t want to be submitting posts every 6 hours.

i have one also with word remover so it will make nice titles

so you can add words and it will remove them from title

example you add: dvdrip, xvid, avi, full

then automatic a title like avatar (2010) dvdrip will become --> avatar (2010)
