    Default i can't install windows 7 with pen drive some error i get

    when i try to install windows 7 by pen drive i get following error,

    Windows cannot be installed to this disk. This computer's hardware may not support booting to this disk. Ensure that the disk's controller is enabled in the computer's BIOS menu
    i have tried everything but nothing happens

    any help ?
