[Urgent]Someone to rip a site template to simple HTML/CSS

What I want is simply its Layout and CSS.
In the end I must only have a clean HTML and CSS. Remove those redundant JS/CSS that you think is not needed. I want the top and bottom black bar to be removed too. What's important is the header, sidebar, and CSS of the whole site

I can acutally do it myself by simple copying ths source and css but it's source is abit large and I dun have time to remove redundant codings. When viewd via dreamweaver, I must at least see the layout
