Style Uploading Problem

Hello guys
I have got one VBulletin Style. I have put Style Images in the appropriate location

whenever i goto Admin > Styles > Upload Style & Upload XML File & Click Import
The following error comes. Please Kindly Help me

I would update your vBulletin. Upload all files, and run www.yoursite.com/install/upgrade.php.

If you are up to date, than download the release that you have, and upload all the files again.

This should fix your problem.
