How many sites accept other site's URL in their download section?

This will turn into thousands. 1000 uniques isn't much. If I were you I'd be more specific. eg. The site has to have an alexa of less than 200k. This will remove a lot of the smaller sites and you'll still have hundreds to chose from. Seriously you really need to do something like this as their are hundreds of thousands of warez sites that fall into this category. This will become a complete spam thread and nobody want's a list of hundreds of small tiny warez sites.

There u can easily find out most of the popular forums with <200k alexa.
