Custom Xenforo Skin + Logo

I am buying a custom made skin + logo for my forum which uses Xenforo, if you can code it also that'd be good but not required as I can find someone else to code it. Right now I just need the skin and logo made.

Budget is around $40-$50 maybe more depending on the quality of the work.
Of course I can pay more if it is also coded

website is http://iwarez.co so you can see what a Xenforo board looks like. It's using the default skin right now. I want to use lighter colors on it, but I'm not set on any specific colors right now.
