Hey, that's a theme that I haven't seen before. If you made it yourself and coded then a big thumbs up and just follow the suggestions above. If it's a premade skin.. well then, it's pretty bad.

The logo needs GFX from someone with more experience because I'm seeing beginner mistakes. Change the forum status icons I know it's hard to find a good one, but at least get rid of the default. Also, it's a bit dark, think of adding a central colour to the theme, like highlights all over your theme.

6/10 if you made the skin yourself, 3/10 if you used a premade one and edited it.
