May be file was deleted later by request from some company?

It cant be deleted if it wasnt fully uploaded. The file shows up in my filemanager still but it doesnt work for some reason. I wonder if other users have successfully uploaded to fileserve or dont bother to say anything.

reupload is great no doubt, but it I am concerned that somebody does not steal premium acc. If someone had such a problem ??
