It?s debatable, Trademark law is rather complex, in theory it could indeed be a violation of trademark law, whether in practice you get a complaint is another matter.


Personally i wouldent worry about it.

Well then you have a few options.
1) Remove the link & replace with different link (advisable if you live in the united states)
2) Do not remove the link (because its similar to linking, and you are hosted at Ecatel)
3) Shutdown your whole site because you got a form letter removal notice!

My advice: If you are linking to the fake paysite and you are constructing the link yourself, yes, it could be a copyright violation and you should remove the link.

If you are the one running the fake paysite, this does not apply to you, so you can safely ignore the request.
