Is this kvm or xen? can i put freebsd on it?

Our ECONOMY range uses OpenVZ and our STANDARD range uses KVM.

As for whether FreeBSD could be used as the OS on our packages, they should work fine on our STANDARD plans (which run KVM), but you cannot use FreeBSD on our ECONOMY price plans.
