Evil is not right. This is the technical section. Maybe the guy wants to learn rather then having to rely on support to do it.

Netdirekt support doesn't do the reinstalltion they will never even touch your server unless there is any major issue

If ND doesn't even touch it, how would reinstallation be performed ? The link you gave just says about reinstallation on linux based OS like Ubuntu, Debian and CentOS. It doesn't include about Windows Server 2008.
