I think vBorg uses a mod that changes everything into look like vb.org but I don't think it's available for v4 and above. :\

To have that kinda postbit you have to go to AdminCP > vBulletin Options > Style & Language Settings > Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template > NO
