I prefer .com and .net

.com because It's default, and none of my Websites is non-profit. Because, there is always something on it from what you can earn money, and you don't know when will you start selling banners, or anything else.

.net because it represents network, and It's great for forums and portals. Especially if you have few sites under your network.

Reason why I don't prefer .org is because It's for organizations, and forum isn't an organization, because It's not registered as an organization.

.org is meant to be used by organizations, e.g. PETA. Or any other organization.
